GitHub Popularity Index
Measures the overall external attention to repositories per year and country.
This indicator is obtained from the formula:
Popularity Index = Stars + Forks + Watchers
GitHub Repository Ownership Intensity
Measures how repositories are distributed across organizations.
This indicator is obtained from the formula:
Ownership Intensity = Repositories / Organizations
GitHub Retention Rate
Measures the year-to-year change in the inflow of contributors entering the ecosystem.
This indicator is obtained from the formula:
Retention Rate = Contributors_y / Contributors_(y − 1)
GitHub Turnover Rate
Measures the relative share of contributors leaving the ecosystem between consecutive years.
This indicator is obtained from the formula:
